Short Bios of Speakers:


Joe Chin is a career entrepreneur who has successfully founded numerous internet companies over the past 15 years. Currently, he is founder and CEO of SourcePad, an instant outsourcing company. Prior to SourcePad, Joe was the founding CEO of Guidester/Searchandise Commerce, which was acquired by RichRelevance in 2011. Formerly, he was the Managing Director of REOL, Internet Analyst at Laidlaw, founder/President of Diadem (a multi-player game company), and founder/principal of JEV (an import/export company). Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, he was an engineer, designing satellites at Hughes Aircaft. Joe earned a BS degree from Columbia University and a MS degree from the University of California Berkeley. Joe is a frequent speaker on best practices, financing, Agile and Lean Startup theory and has been quoted in BusinessWeek, Fortune, Crain's, Advertising Age and Inc. Magazine.


Daniel Lou is an entrepreneurial professional who started his entrepreneurial career by co-founding international education service company Global Maximum Educational Opportunities Inc., in May 2011. Prior to become an entrepreneur, he was a director of communications service with New York Life, a Fortune 100 company, a business and finance reporter with the World Journal, the largest Chinese language daily newspaper in the United States, and an intern with Institutional Investor.  Daniel received his BA degree from Peking University in Beijing, China and his MS degree in journalism from Columbia University. Daniel served as the founding president of the Chinese Investors Association and president of Peking University Alumni Association of Greater New York and is currently serving as the founding president of the US China Entrepreneurs Alliance in November 2012.
